Pierrick Desgaultieres is graduated from SKEMA Business School (Master in Management), and relies on a solid basis of fifteen years in the business of intermediation and networking in France and internationally. Working within the PatrimOne Insurance Group for 10 years, Pierrick is mainly in charge of the insurance issues of private clients & athletes, and especially football players. In parallel, Pierrick obtained the official agent license delivered by the French Football Association (FFF), in order to launch P1 Sports Management, a subsidiary dedicated to sports career management, which comes in perfect addition to its initial activity.

Sport consultant, nutrition expert, and real-estate investment advisor
Former football player at Olympique Lyonnais, Arthur spent seven years progressing through one of the best youth academies in Europe. Joining the club at the age of 13, he completed a full development pathway up to the reserve team before continuing his career at Nîmes Olympique and then FC Annecy, competing in Ligue 2.
In October 2023, a concussion forced him to retire from professional football for medical reasons. He turned this setback into an opportunity by embarking on an ambitious career transition. Today, Arthur leverages his on-field expertise, experience, profgessional network, and newly acquired skills to support projects focused on overall performance. He joined the agency with the ambition to guide today’s and tomorrow’s talents with high standards, determination, and genuine care.

Former sports coach, Franck quickly recognized the value of osteopathy in the world of sports : curative/preventive/performance-enhancing, and is at the heart of a unique, personalized treatment approach: OsteoGlobalCare.
For nearly 30 years, Franck has been working with professional football players competing in the most prestigious European leagues. His multidisciplinary expertise also enables him to accurately and efficiently assess an athlete’s injury pattern and, when necessary, refer them to the appropriate specialist.
